Keith Norman - Project Manager

Keith joined Rowney Sharman in December 2021 from the Government of Jersey, to undertake the role of Project Manager. He has 8 years’ experience as a Major Project Support Officer on a number of Government teams including the Future Hospital Project, Solid Waste Team and the Capital Projects Team at Property Holdings.

Since joining Rowney Sharman, Keith has worked on a number of projects including resurfacing of the Ferryspeed Service Yard, Randall’s interactive darts themed bar ‘The Oche Club’, RIBA stages 1-4 of the Elizabeth Castle Hospital Block and Officer’s Barracks refurbishment, and supporting the Government of Jersey Public Realm Team.

Keith has recently received the qualification of HNC Diploma in Construction Management after completing a two year course at Highlands College. He has also achieved a Certificate in Practical HSPC & Applied Design Risk Management.

Outside of work, Keith enjoys spending time with his wife Diana, and two young children, Leo and Lydia. He also chairs the Société Jersiaise Mycology Section and is passionate about music, having formally run his own DJ business.
