Beaulieu School Trustees have agreed a masterplan approach to a phased redevelopment of the school. The proposed programme for which loan funding will used comprises:

Jubilee Building Undercroft

The infill and conversion of unused space in the undercroft of the recently built Jubilee block to provide additional teaching space over two floors. The project was completed in April 2019.

Upper School

Redesign of lower floor of Upper School gymnasium to create a new Sixth Form Centre and enhance and extend the Café Beau facility, improve external access and undertake ground works. (Scheduled to commence in July 2019 and to complete by September 2020).

New Sports Centre - Redevelopment of the existing Gymnasium and Café Beau

Undertake a series of enabling works to prepare the site, including road diversion and boundary wall works, prior to the development of a new Sports Centre on under used land to the east of the site (Scheduled to commence in July 2020 and to complete by September 2021).

Working for the Government of Jersey, we provide an independent review of funding and project arrangements to assure public funds are invested in projects that are soundly based and deliver the benefits for which the loan arrangements have been made.
